Camp Happiness was founded in 2008 by the generous multi-year financial support provided by the Elks National Foundation and Lockport Elks Lodge 41.
In-kind donations are provided by Intandem, Empower and the YMCA. In addition many other donors have delivered charitable support and donations providing the means for this unique camp to be experienced by individuals with developmental disabilities both now and in the future.
